Ruby Daley is the founder and creative force behind Daley Works, bringing a dynamic blend of strategy, storytelling, and data-driven marketing to every project. Since stepping into the professional marketing world in 2019, Ruby has built a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, tourism, sports, NYS health initiatives, food and beverage, financial services, fund administration, fitness, health and beauty, event spaces, and music.

With both B2B and B2C experience, Ruby approaches each brand with a deep understanding of its audience and a commitment to driving measurable growth. She graduated from Providence College in 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Minor in Finance — a combination that reflects her balance of creativity and business acumen.

Ruby credits her relentless work ethic to years spent in the food and service industry and her entrepreneurial drive to her parents, both business owners themselves. Having lived, worked, and studied in Rome, she brings a global perspective to her work — one that now extends across her international client base.

Currently based in Troy, NY, Ruby partners with brands across the country, helping them refine their voice, expand their reach, and connect meaningfully with their audiences. Outside of work, you’ll find her playing softball, taking spin and pilates classes, solving puzzles, or discovering her next favorite restaurant.
